For A Million Dollar Smile
COMPUTER IMAGING MACHINE
Here's how the process works in our office. First, we listen to you. What are your wants and dreams for your smile? Perhaps in this discussion you'd like to share with us pictures of models or note other people with beautiful smiles that you admire. We want to find out the changes you'd like to make in your smile. And, we'll have some suggestions that you probably haven't considered. For example, there are masculine and feminine contours to teeth. Or, perhaps a fuller smile showing more teeth would be more suited for you. Also, your facial structure and coloring can impact what we would recommend for your ideal smile.
Next, we'll take photographs of you with a digital camera. Then, with the aid of specialized imaging software and our library of gorgeous smiles, we can modify the digital images to create a picture of you with a new smile showing the changes you want. This will give you a glimpse into the possibilities for your new smile. Computerized imaging does have its limitations, and for most people their completed new smile far exceeds the look of the imaging photo. Finally, we'll even print out the "before" and "after" computerized images so that you can show friends and family what you could look like with a beautiful new smile.
Computerized imaging also helps us determine the dental treatment plan to follow to reach the desired results. Another benefit is that computerized imaging can also reveal changes that you want that perhaps cosmetic dentistry cannot deliver. This is important so that you don't pursue results that aren't realistic or for some other reason can't be attained. For most people though, cosmetic dentistry can give you the smile of your dreams, and computerized imaging is a great way for you to get a sneak preview of the new you!
